Jay and his team are fantastic! They were quick to come out to my house, gave me just the advices we needed and supplied quotes shortly after with various options tailored to our needs and budgets. All staff involved were very helpful and quick to repose my queries and requests. Workers on site were friendly and worked fast. They finished the job within a day which suited us well as we had travel arrangements soon after. I would definitely recommend Jay and his team to everyone for synthetic grass installation in Perth.

Overall, we had a very good experience with Jays Jandakot: Suria, who measured and quoted, patiently answered my many questions; the installers were excellent - they listened to and fulfilled my requests/suggestions and were very thorough in all parts of the process. The site was left clean and tidy. Customer service was also very good.

They completed landscaping at the front of my house yesterday. They did such a fantastic job and left my property in pristine condition when they completed the job. We’ve been looking to get decking for a while now but we never found anyone who was budget friendly. Jays came highly recommended by a friend who had fake grass and decking done and she couldn’t stop raving about them. Looks like she was absolutely right. I don’t have enough words to describe these guys. I was gobsmacked when C (the ops manager) provided us with a quote for a 20sqm area. HINT- it was WELL under our budget. On the day of the job, the team were ON TIME. They cleaned up after themselves (it’s like they were never there). Most importantly, they DID NOT smoke on the property (stressing on this because I have 2 dogs who eat everything) I would highly recommend C and team EVERY TIME to anyone.
