Uniting Floors

I can't recommend Uniting Floors enough! Jay and Ben did an absolutely amazing job transforming our home. They removed the old carpets, sanded, and polished (matte finish) the floorboards, and as you can see from the photos, the results are stunning. Jay (the owner) and Ben were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely nice guys to have working in the house. Communication was excellent from the initial quote right through to the finish -- I always knew exactly what was happening. If you're looking for high-quality work from a team that really cares about the final product, look no further.

Jay and the team did a fantastic job restoring our floors. Nothing was too much trouble, they completed the job ahead of time and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Jay and his team at Uniting Floors did a great job with sanding down and rejuvenating my previously darkly stained Tasmanian oak timber floors, giving them a new lease on life. Now they look beautiful and modern! Jay and his team were also friendly and great to deal with, and were happy to fill some gaps between the floorboards and the skirting boards when I mentioned about them. I would highly recommend them to restore your floors.

Jay and AK did a fantastic job bringing back to the life the flooring in my apartment. Originally the floors were a darker stain, making the place feel dark, dull and gloomy. The team at UF have made these lighter, brighter and lively, allowing more light in the rooms. The floors have come up looking brand new, not 65 years old! I'm definitely happy with the result. Once the kitchen renovation is complete, I'll be using Jay & AK to refloor this area as well.

If I could give Jay and the team at Uniting Floors 10 stars I would. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a sensational job sanding, staining and polishing our floorboards. It was a very tough job having to do a large kitchen/dining space and 3 flights of stairs and the guys did a remarkable job with such attention to detail and precision. We couldn’t be happier with Jays work on our floors. We had old orange pine floorboards which were restored back to their beautiful original colour. Jay got the job done on time and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend for anyone wanting someone trustworthy to restore floorboards. Thanks Jay!!
