Trueline Patios Victoria

Mixed revue here. Quality of the work, can't fault. The effort to complete the job, well, that's where you lost your grading. Our job was not a straightforward square, or rectangular, construction. We had angles and a tapering area to deal with. First issue, we were told that once construction started, it would take approx 10 days to complete. Wrong, it took over 4 months. Started early September and finished early January. Next issue: the guy that was assigned to do the work would arrive around 8.30 - 9.00 and proceed to sit in his car for about 1.5 hours before he commenced work each day. Thirdly: midway through the construction, he was moved to another job to help out, leaving our job in limbo. Our issue was that we had paid good money for our job, it wasn't cheap, + $50k, and could not work out why our job was of lesser importance. We were only told at the last minute that this was happening. Frustrating. And lastly, communication, or lack of. There never seemed to be any forward communication, it was mostly us doing the chasing. Such as when our guy was coming, if he was coming etc. When there was hold ups with materials as to when we were likely to receive them and start the job once again. Even dealing with the main office, I would email with one matter or another and then it would be a few days, up to a week to get a response and then it was sent to my wife's email after I initially sent it. Anyway, can't complain on the quality of the work, you just need to get more people on the crew to help, don't make promises of completion that are never going to be met and get your people to respond proactively rather than reactively. The only proactive messages we got was when the next invoice needed to be paid.

I am beyond happy with my new Carport. The quality of the materials and the attention to detail is excellent. The installer, Brad, was brilliant, he was very polite and is a master at his trade. Trueline are lucky to have him on their team. Thank you also to Kerryn for your persistence whilst navigating a couple of challenges we faced. She got it over the line in the end. I would highly recommend Trueline to anyone 😀.

We're really excited to have our Trueline patio with insulated panels, downlights and fan plates now completed. From the initial sales and design phase with Peter, the permit application process and admin support from Kerryn and Colin, the delivery of the works with Brad (installer) and Corey (plumber) - every aspect was exceptional. Each person demonstrated their passion for high quality work, explaining the processes to us as we went. The finished product is exceptional and Trueline proved to be trustworthy, respectful of our home, reasonably priced and made us feel comfortable in the safest of hands.

I couldn’t be happier with my new patio.. from the design of it, to the materials used, to the guys that installed it: every step of the process was a pleasure- simple, hassle free, and professional.... a big thank-you to all involved. I have already recommended Trueline to friends of mine!
