Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Paul is the ultimate professional - extremely knowledgeable of the product, great attention to detail and worked really well with other teams as part of the project. The end result was far better than we had imagined.

We have a very complex site and had so many issues finding the right builder for our deck project. Many builders were charging way too much, were not responsive, or were just not able to help us out. We are so so grateful to Top Deck Melbourne for a brilliant job for navigating the building of the deck amidst the challenges the block had. Paul was very responsive, patient, and was willing to help us right from the beginning. Paul and his team are extremely talented and have transformed our backyard from what was an eyesore, to the most beautiful outdoor space that we have always dreamed of. They are truly experts in this field and have always amazed us with their efficiency, professionalism and talent. Paul and the team did a great job , they exceeded our expectations.The Deck looks amazing and Paul and the team are friendly and hard working. Paul communicated to us every step of the way, we have had the deck replaced in the past by someone else, this is the best it’s ever been constructed and looked. What an incredibly talented, wonderful bunch of guys! Paul and his team were an absolute dream to deal with from start to finish, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a base deck installed by another builder who unfortunately turned out to be a scammer, and we were in dire need of help before Christmas. Despite it being the busiest time of the year, Paul somehow managed to squeeze us in — a real-life Christmas miracle in human form. Paul and his team were on time, polite, and extremely hardworking. They left the site spotless and the deck they’ve built is incredible — high quality, beautifully finished, and with no detail missed.
