From the first time that Mat came to quote the job, I was very comfortable that they were the right firm for the job. Mat went to great lengths to indicate what would be required in order to meet regulations and to enable us to have access for any future termite treatment under the concrete already under the proposed deck. Pricing was very competitive, communication was great and the job could be done very shortly after accepting the quote. The two guys who carried out to job were pleasant, punctual, communicative, efficient and other than delays caused by materials delivery delays, the job was completed very quickly. We couldn't be more satisfied with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Vanstyn to others.

It's my absolute pleasure to provide a review for Vanstyn construction. We recently had a cool deck double carport installed. The product was outstanding as was the team who installed it, they worked from 7am to 730pm to complete the install in one day. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. From the admin team, sales and installation everything was easy. Mat the owner came over to double check measurements and colours before the order. Everyone was so professional and lovely to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Vanstyn to anybody looking for a quality product and install.

We had Vanstyn Construction build our flyover patio and couldn’t be happier with the result. Hands down the happiest bunch of tradies we’ve had on site. It made a big difference day to day. The team was professional, tidy, and very respectful of our home. The finish is excellent and the work is super neat. Communication was clear the whole way through, so there were no surprises. After the job was finished we had a small snag. They came back straight away, no questions asked, and sorted it out without any fuss. That says a lot. Couldn't be happier. Removed the old patio which appeared DIY and was falling down, helped design a new solution stating what regulations etc we needed to follow and why, and couldn't be happier with the result. Great communication all the way through. Vanstyn install a Stratco Cooldeck well, looks clean and no issues at all. We've even had other trades comment on the good workmanship.

I needed a deck to be designed and installed at my apartment. There were extensive Body Corporate restrictions that prevented traditional timber deck constructions. Vanstyn, offered an aluminium subframe that did not require any excavation, was designed and mostly cut offsite (limiting noise and disruption to neighbours) and utilised the composite (low maintenance) decking. The team were in and out in less than 3 days. The results are excellent giving me about 33sqm additional useable space in what was previously not a practical site.
