Unbelievable what Marcio and his team achieved on time and in budget. We knew when we met him that he was a man of his word and successful builder when he brought all of the trades he works with through our home to scope out the job. We feel so lucky that Marcio chose to work with us on a full renovation of our home. Outstanding quality, communication and dedication to the finished product. Highly recommend.

First renovation through Marcio from One Stop Construction was our master ensuite, bedroom and kitchen modifications. The fantastic results made it easy to kick off our second stage of our renovations on our main bathroom and powder room. The finished work was once again to a very high standard. Marcio is a pleasure to work with. He kept us fully informed of work progress even when we went away on holidays for 2 weeks. His group of workers were all very professional with their product and quality of work. We would highly recommend using OneStop for any renovation work.

Marcio came out to have a look at a building issue that was identified during the purchase of our first house. From our first interaction we knew we were in safe hands. Marcio was very professional and knowledgeable when discussing our options. The quoting process was quick and included everything we wanted done from a new air conditioning system, lighting/fans, patch and paint, as well as a few building alterations inside (basically refresh the place from top to bottom). Through the build we had the pleasure of meeting the various friendly faces and tradespeople that Marcio brought in to get the job done. Everyone was great to deal with, answered our questions and made the process very smooth. In the end we leant on Marcio’s experience and went with a few extra opportunities as we went (open up the ceiling in the dining room, VJ cladding on a few walls etc). These changes made all the difference and we are so glad we went with these insightful suggestions. The finished product is night and day from where we started and we couldn’t have had a better experience along the way.

But Marcio and his team were Extraordinary and took on the challenge to make the impossible happen. They knocked down a wall, closed off a door, and built a new door entrance to create two perfect bathroom spaces, including a bathtub in one of the bathrooms to make our dreams come true. I'll be calling 1Stop Construction in 2023 to have a deck built in our courtyard. One Stop Construction was recommended to me by a friend to reshape and repair a large area of decking at my house. Marcio and Graham assessed the job and quoted it quickly and were available to commence the work very quickly. Marcio's communication around their avails was transparent and he helps us complete the job in and around some bad periods of weather and other related trades. He was very flexible and helpful. The workmanship, care and detailed carpentry skills that the guys showed was great. It's all the work that you don't see in the end result that actually is important to get right, and One Stop totally got that right. We love the end result and would highly recommend using them. We'll be using them again ourselves.
