I was stuck with a difficult job and challenging timing for a garage and verandah roof replacement and realignment. Dawson Constructions were not afraid to work with me to define an achievable scope, manage certification and then did a fast and precise install of a magnificent flyover roof that has added value and presence to my home. Unforeseen problems during the build needed a pivot in scope, Michael supported the change and I always felt that he treated me fairly as we rescoped the job. Michael is highly ethical, he has a great team, quality of outcome is excellent and I cant recommend him more highly.

Mike and his team recently completed a large deck on the side of our property. From planning, drawing, certification and workmanship Mike was always professional, on time, either excellent communication and collaboration the whole way through the process. We had a steep block to deal with, backing into bushland, Mike listened to our brief and has delivered to an exceptional level. He was willing to take on a job others turned down & did not shy away from the task. We now have use of a previously unusable area to our property, with an area which is both functional and stunning to look at. We have and will continue to recommend Mike in the future to anyone who will listen. (Photos taken prior to bespoke balustrade installation on stairs)

We enlisted Dawson Construction to build a cabin on our land for guest accommodation. What a blessing to have found Mike in a time when it can be difficult navigating reputable builders and trusting you will be looked after. Mike was able to take care of everything and was mindful of the budget bringing it in just under with a fixed contract. Mike has a fabulous team available from engineers, certifier, architect and trades to look after the entire project. Mike and his team are fast, they are hardworking, in saying this the quality of work did not suffer. Definitely they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to make their work not only look exceptional but structurally sound. Cannot recommend Dawson Construction highly enough and will definitely use in future for any further work. Mike is great to work with and we are truly thankful we enlisted his help to bring our cabin to life and more beautiful than we could have imagined.
