Altec were professional and easy to deal with from the early planning stage to the job completion. All workmen were professional and did a really great job and I’m super happy with the beautiful new deck cover which made our outdoor deck not only useable but an area we now use on a daily basis. They built exactly what I wanted, made constructive suggestions and delivered much added value to our Gold Coast home. Extremely happy with our new 6mtr X 3mtr patio installed by ALTEC. From initial consultation to finished product, the service from this company could not of been any better. Highly recommend these guys if you are looking at getting a patio installed.

This is the 2nd patio Altec have erected for me. The tradies -Joel & Chris were first rate & kept me sane when a problem occurred. Make sure all your ducks are in a row before work commences and you should be very happy.

The Altec company provided excellent service and the design, manufacture, and product is of high quality. I would use their product again. We had a few hiccups with the outsourced installer (eg metal shavings causing rust in the pool, paving disturbance), however Altec worked closely with us to rectify any concerns, they were patient, understanding, and willing to help. They stepped in to fix things where they could and always willing to come out and meet with us to talk face to face. Big thanks to Lyle.

From the moment of making my enquiry email to Altec regarding a new Patio I cannot fault their service, or communication. They have been transparent and over communicated at every stage of the build. Everything was seamless and easy from our perspective, even the install by Kane and Dave was a good experience. They were both so great to deal and even helped me with a fridge issue I had on the 1st day of installation, which they went above an beyond to fix for me. We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend Altec, there is a reason why they have been around for 50 years!!
