Sydney Decking

I highly recommend Sydney Decking. Our job was completed promptly and in a professional manner. All rubbish was removed and the clean up was completed on the last day of work. Ian kept us well informed throughout the job on any unforeseen occurrences and our deck has been well used this summer.

This might seem like a strange review as I actually didn't use Sydney Decking's services (because already committed to a trades person) but I still wanted to share how impressed I was with the support they gave me. I called because I wasn't getting clear information about products for flame zone from anyone. I was upfront at the start of the conversation that I wasn't in a position to hire them and would they be willing to just help me out of the goodness of their heart. And they did with so much clarity compared to anyone else I spoke to! It's rare to find this sort of kindness and this speaks volumes about their business, customer service and integrity. So wanted to share this anyone considering them....I didn't even use them and I'm writing a review just based on that amazing interaction.

Ian and his team were fantastic. As well as the build, Ian made a number of great recommendations re design ideas and how to best maximise the space and our budget. I'd be entirely happy to recommend Ian.
