I recommend Construction and Renovations by SM to anyone looking to have any home renovation work done. Here is why: - Firstly out of 3 quotes I organised for my bathroom renovation project, Matthew was the only Sales professional to spend reasonable time with me at home to discuss the project. He provided very good options and recommendations. He also didn’t lie on the work involved and the cost of having a square set ceiling (some others told me they must rip off the whole ceiling and it will cost me thousands). He provided a reasonable quote as well as support and advice to choose all pc items and tiles. - Following through for execution Mario and his team have been fantastic. They started on the day with agreed, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects as scheduled aside from unforeseen events (delay in tiles, additional floor patching work etc…). - The project was also completed within budget, except where we made additions agreed with Mario. - I’ll admit I’m a perfectionist and lucky for me Mario is too. Mario was always available to address my queries and make sure I was satisfied, including correcting small details such as replacing window chain winder to the colour I wanted and more. Overall, very reliable and high-quality builder. 5 stars!

Renovations By SM's, Mario Savona and his team of subcontractors recently completed a major renovation of my apartment in Potts Point. I could not be happier with the outcome and the process. On rare occasions when we had issues to work out, Mario would already have 2 or 3 solutions ready for discussion. Honest, innovative and keen attention to detail are all hallmarks of Renovations by SM and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The renovation of my apartment in Newtown turned out exactly the way I wanted - actually even better than I expected. Samuel provided a detailed quote and communicated with me frequently and clearly. He also dealt with strata and provided them with all the info they needed throughout the entire process. I felt relaxed knowing that he had everything under control. He had great ideas and solutions for anything I asked, nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and his attention to detail was impressive. There was also guidance provided for choosing fittings/colours/appliances and I'm really happy with the advice I received. I would definitely recommend Samuel and his team for their quality, service, reliability, innovation and care... they really go above and beyond!
