Many thanks for accepting the challenge - we are absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t wait to jump in the pool and enjoy our new deck! Even though access to the site was uneasy and tricky due to a rocky uneven landscape, and a narrow passage around the pool, the construction ran smoothly and on time. This project was a very positive experience for us because Darren is super well-organised, extremely caring and reliable. We appreciate that the job was made somewhat more challenging physically because of the awkward access, however Darren was always so pleasant, friendly and willing to discuss and be present, and that goes for his team – polite and professional! We are extremely happy with our new deck extension. Darren and his team created an amazing space for us, an absolutely beautiful and very functional. Darren created the outdoor lounge chair setting very nicely, and it was better than I was expecting. Darren has put our sunshade umbrella directly on the deck which worked nicely. The privacy screen is stunning even from the back. Their works were incredibly detailed and perfect. Darren and his team always try to complete with the best finish. They were starting the work on time, cleaning before leaving the site, very polite and always listening to us. We are so glad that we have chosen Urban Decking to do our deck extension. Darren was awesome to work with! He’s friendly, professional, easy going and good with communication. He kept me updated with the start date and expected date of completion. I felt very comfortable with him working at my house and when the job was complete, my husband and I were both very happy with the work completed. We had absolutely no complaints as his workmanship is excellent! Darren also left the site clean and tidy upon completion. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic job Darren and the guys did! We are very, very happy with our new two decks. They have made such a wonderful difference to our house and backyard! Working with Darren, Taylor, Nick and Josh has been an absolute pleasure. Getting through the long drawn-out DA process took a lot of patience and persistence but with Taylor’s help, encouragement and calm reassurance we got there and it was definitely worth the wait. It was so interesting to watch the decks coming to life and our backyard being completely transformed by Darren’s clever, well-thought-out designs. We enjoyed having the guys around. All three arrived bright, early and on time every day and got straight to work. It was great to see such well-organised and cheerful team-work. And what a polite, hard-working and thoughtful bunch they were! At the end of every long day they even took the time to clean up and make sure the site was left safe and tidy for us. We have spent many happy nights eating dinner under the stars and basking in the warmth of the gentle winter sunshine already. So many of our friends have been amazed by the decks and what they do for our house. We feel like we have a new home!

We are delighted with the new deck built by D and T Constructions. Darren and his team have created a fabulous entertaining space for our family. Darren’s construction means that the deck has a smooth surface and safety rail making it a good play space for our grandchildren.
