I had wooden decking steps replaced as well as the wooden balustrades which had rotted and replaced with black aluminium topped with a wooden hand rail. I am very happy with the results. The job was completed in one day just a week after getting a free quote. Robert Ziade was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, polite and respectful. And for dog owners reading this very considerate of closing gates etc. I would not hesitate to avail of his service for any future work required and would happily recommend him to family and friends.

We needed to do almost a full renovation after buying our house. The agent recommended Rob and his team, and it has been a positive experience since then. After looking around for quite some time to do some internal renovations, we were ambushed by so many different tradesman who came to quote, seemed to listen and then provide a quote that never matched the requirements, was too expensive and never seemed interested. After being recommended the Recon group, after a quick call, Rob promptly came to see us, understand our needs and timeframes and provide a quote that was in line with budgetary expectations. As soon as the work started, it was obvious that Rob only worked with quality tradesman who came on time and did their work beautifully. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and the final outcome of the renovations was so much better than what we expected. I would have no issues recommending Rob and team to anyone.

We had a bathroom and laundry renovated by Robert and his team. From the planning stage through to the completion of the project they were professional, knowledgeable, kind and very patient with all the questions I had.
