Ted and his team were awesome to work with! He asked a ton of questions, really paid attention to our vision, and helped us refine our ideas, which led to some solid suggestions for our space. He made everything super simple by handling the council approval, materials, and coordinating the teams to get everything done. Adam and Chris did an amazing job with the construction and painting, and they were super friendly and easy to talk to. We're thrilled with the final result and would definitely recommend them!

They rebuilt back our deck and pergola in our Sydney home using existing frame with great new materials including deck, rails, lighting, stairs, access to under deck pergola area. Their estimating process was easy, the plans were sent with estimate. The backyard deck build overall went very well with expected occasional time and communication hiccups between Ted and the Pergolas Sydney Authority Team. Some of the issues identified by Ted the owner during the build were very quickly fixed at no additional cost. Ted and his team also completely rebuilt our carport on top of our garage. I can't say enough positive things about the Pergolas Sydney Authority. Finally, Ted did some staining and painting work for the pergola after completion at no charge to us. Would recommend highly.

Totally a 10/10! Ted really knows his stuff. The crew, Ted and Dad, had everything set up in just 5 days, and the quality of their work is top-notch. The blinds took a couple of hours to install afterward, but it was all worth it. They exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend them. Thanks, everyone!

Ted did an excellent job repairing some rotted wooden board on our deck and pergolas and filling in a hole that was left by a our old jacuzzi. We had a tough time finding someone in Sydney to do our pergolas and to take out the hole and Ted and his team did an great job in a timely manner. The pergola was built in 2013. Ted was great to work with. We discussed all the options and settled on a plan. Ted kept his dates and commitments real and the work quality was +AAA. Everybody who sees our pergolas praises the quality and cannot believe the price. Ted was kind of pricey, but that is the market in Sydney and for the work he completed, we would pay it again.
