Beach Breeze Building

We have recently completed a big renovation with Beach Breeze and are extremely happy with both the finished product and the journey. Chris and the team made it very easy with their professionalism and clear communication throughout the process. A benefit of working with Chris is his ability to accurately cost out the build upfront so that you know exactly what you're up for. It was a complicated build on a difficult site over a number of levels and the quality of the work was excellent - we now have a "new" house we can spend many years enjoying. Chris saved our lives by completing our build after our first builder went bankrupt half way through the project last year. He is super organised, and his professionalism and perfectionism, as well as his fantastic team of tradies have done nothing but impeccable job with our project. He has always handled our requests, changes in requirements and challenges with a “can do” / attitude also, and is always so nice and calm in his demeanour. He even considered things we didn’t know we needed to consider for. We even had our suppliers complimenting on how much they’ve enjoyed working with him! Since the completion, we have received nothing but compliments from families, friends and even realestate agents! We really can’t thank Chris enough for completing our years long project in the best quality we could even imagined, and will not think twice to recommend him to anyone considering a new build or renovation.

We had a great experience with Chris at Beach Breeze and his design team. They had an extremely professional and complete website and Instagram which gave us a great feel for their work, and this experience followed through to the design and concept stage. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the process and gave some great advice. We have ended up with some excellent design options with honest expectations around cost, which we would much rather have up front than later down the line. We have paused our build for now due to our personal circumstances but very much hope to continue the journey in a couple of years and would 100% return to Beach Breeze for the remainder.

We recently undertook a major renovation of our house in Terrigal with Beach Breeze Building. Throughout the entire process - from planning to completion - we found Chris Stephens to be extremely friendly, trustworthy, reliable and easy to communicate with. Nothing was too challenging for him, and the quality of the workmanship was of the highest order. Chris's own building team, plus his team of trades, were friendly, professional and reliable and they completed within the time frame they originally stated. We would also like to give a special mention to the foreman on this project, Ben Padman. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, nothing was too difficult for him, and he always managed to deliver what we asked for, including our many variations, to the highest standards. This was our fourth home renovation, and it was far and away, our best experience so far. Chris's clear communication, his genuine care for his clients, and his high standards took away so much of the stress usually associated with renovating. We feel so blessed to be able to live in such a beautiful home and we are so thankful to Chris and his team for providing it. If you are considering a renovation or a new build, the most important decision you will make is which builder you go with.
