Create Build Enjoy lived up to all our expectations. We had a Statco Pergola installed in our outside area. Malia the designer was patient, understanding and fielded all our questions with knowledgeable answers and suggested solutions. The rest of the team arrived on time and when they said they would. Communication was clear and responsive. Builders Sam, Lachlan and painter Eddy worked tirelessly and carefully with great respect for the build materials and our property. They always left the build sites clean, tidy and safe. We can now enjoy a fabulous outside cool area in these hot summer days. A special mention to Reece our project manager, not afraid to dig in and help his team out. Reece was great with his communication and nothing was too hard for him to do. We have loved this build and will always use this company for future dreams. Thank you all again.

Create Build and Enjoy were referred to us by Stratco for an upgrade to our existing deck and pergola. From our first meeting with Nick, we knew we were in good hands. The process was smooth and streamlined. Nick's honesty and upfront knowledge of building codes saw us realise our dream pergola. CBE - A Company You Can Trust This review is long overdue, as CBE completed the work around August-September 2024. At that time, I was not in a position to write a review due to undergoing surgery, but now that I’m able to gather my thoughts, I want to take the opportunity to share my experience. My project was to convert one side of the pergola into a sunroom. I had a specific vision in mind: I wanted it built in such a way that it would not block the view from the kitchen. I contacted a couple of builders to get quotes, but the first company that showed up was CBE. I explained my idea to Nic and Josh, and N & J had a look around the existing structure and took measurements and assured me that it could be done. Not only did Nic confirm that my vision was possible, but he also offered design ideas that were far better than what I had originally thought of. His confidence in what he was saying gave me a sense of trust from the very first meeting. By the end of our conversation, I had already decided that CBE was the company I wanted to go with—and I’m so glad I did. From the very start, CBE made a lasting impression. We could not have asked for a better experience when having our sunroom and carport re-roofed than we have had with the CBE team. From initial discussions, quoting, approvals, works on site and completion and handover we were met with professionalism, quality and respect. The positive can-do attitude and attention to detail was second to none with excellent customer service and regular communication as well. A shout out to Adam and Nick for making it all happen and also to David in the early quoting stages. In addition, the office and support staff have been pleasant to deal with and very responsive.
