The team at O'Brien were really helpful from the start We had a project that ranged from everyday (installation of ceiling fans in a home) to upgrading very old electrical works and digging trenches to power another building. The team (special mention to Sam) were clear with communication, offered helpful advice without upselling, and took care to get a great result. We couldn't be happier. The service was prompt with my email inquiry given it was in a heatwave week and an aircon system problem. Accommodated with the time to repair our aircon and allow us to get in with keeping cool! Absolutely highly recommend Chris from O’Brien! Absolute legend! Our air con decided it wasn’t going to work - great timing with a catastrophic heat wave approaching! Called on a Saturday (yes, there’s a call out fee, but so worth it). Chris was on his way to a job in Kyneton, but said he’d pop by after. He did. Absolutely lovely guy. Fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Even dealt with our grumpy Labrador barking at him - sorry about that! Legend! Thank you!

We had our Gas Cooktop replaced by David a very polite and professional technician, his work was extremely thorough. David happily answered any questions we had and even relit out Gas hot water system be finishing and removed the old system - Thank you so much for you prompt support.
