The PCI report we received for our new construction was super detailed and gave us strong backing to have all major and minor defects fixed by the builder. We were quiet happy with the competitive pricing too for both the initial and follow-up inspection, and we felt that the price appropriately reflected the quality of work.

Les was very prompt in responding to any queries, organised to do the inspection in a very timely fashion and sent through a very thorough report on the same day.   Les completed a pre-purchase property inspection (Avondale Heights) for me and was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond, checking all areas in and around the house and providing a fully detailed report. Les took the time to go through the entire report with me, was happy to answer any questions, and even checked additional items I asked him to look at. He also offered helpful after-purchase advice. I honestly wouldn’t have slept without getting an inspection done, and after Les’ inspection I felt comfortable and confident proceeding with the purchase. Highly recommend.
