  I recently had a solar system installed by Matt and his SST team and couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided. The team maintained a well-organised work site throughout the entire process, which really reflected their attention to detail. Their focus on safety was outstanding — every step was clearly planned, carefully executed, and carried out with obvious expertise. I also appreciated the time they took to offer clear, well-considered advice on the most appropriate system for my home. Their recommendations were honest, practical, and tailored to my needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, and took into account what I wanted. What really stood out was that they explained everything in a way that was both thorough and easy to understand, helping me feel confident in the choices being made.   The service we received from Solar Service Technology (SST) was exceptional.What a fantastic experience! On time and polite which is vastly different to so many other trades we have dealt with lately. Excellent communication and every single question answered in full and patiently. This is our first solar panel experience but we have already requested they quote us for our other property seeing how careful and professional this company and installers are. We had everything explained and the installers were so polite. They worked in the rain and got it done as they said. Because of the weather they needed to come back which we were happy for as safety is paramount and I was glad to see it was a concern for them as well. The installation crew were on time as promised, were pleasant to deal with, and left everything neat and tidy.From first phone call to follow up everything has been 5 star!
