Soaps Electrics Air & Ice

I reached out to Soaps at short notice wanting to get a split AC unit installed in our studio. They quickly came back with a proposed installation date they could accommodate. We were on track. Then, I hesitated with the proposed unit's size given it was going to be installed both a) directly above the bed on a low wall and b) I had concerns about being able to hear the external unit with minimal insulation to cushion the noise. Once they understood my concerns, we agreed on a compromise that was going to tick all the boxes. I truly appreciated their solutions focus and couldn't be happier with the end result. I now have a unit which isn't too big on the wall, isn't too noisy AND does an excellent job of cooling the space efficiently. Installation day also went smoothly, the team were on time, very respectful and easy to be around and, might I add, were complete pro's at backing their trailer down our long narrow driveway. These guys are a well-oiled machine on all fronts. From booking, to scheduling to installation and invoicing. 5 star review. Highly recommend. Excellent team with excellent work ethics and excellent processes. I highly recommend.

Just had Dan and Josh from Soaps Electrics Air and Ice come over today to put up our second air-conditioner. Both times these same guys were courteous, professional, thorough and all round amazing. They always arrive on time and each time did an excellent job. The previous air-conditioner we put in several months ago works perfectly and we decided that these are the guys to call to have an additional one put in. Price also reasonable. Work ethic is fabulous. Highly recommend!

Can’t fault this local company,Had a lot of work done on our house since recent storms,Needing new aircons after recent storm event I jumped on the phone to greg at soaps electrics to see if they could come out and try to rectify the problem,The following day one of there trusty staff came out and carried out a detailed inspection and found the sauce of the problems a main weather event had caused fusion damage to our Ac,s,With there detailed quote we passed this on to our insurance company and found out we were covered for the entire bill of the air cons.The insurance company commented on how well the quote and information was from soaps that they had no hesitation in covering the full quote,I passed this information onto soaps and within 4 days the new Dakin aircons arrived and the boys went to work,Couldn’t fault there workmanship and politeness and they cleaned up any mess they made,Thank heaps to everyone at soaps electrics for a wonderful job,I definitely know who will get the job for any electrical work needed in future 👍👍👍

Well organized and very professional. Were able to come out quickly, and called the night before to confirm which was reassuring. The work was great - good price and good quality. They have eftpos facilities as well so payment is easy. 10/10 for mine, a pleasure to deal with.
