From day one of contacting Troy at Reef Solar & Electrical, Troy seemed very honest and professional. No hard push to sign up a contract as I was still receiving other quotes. In the end I decided to sign up with Reef Solar & Electrical as the price was very competitive and Troy’s professionalism genuine attitude made me feel comfortable. Installation was completed over 2.5 days and all workers were very polite, tidy and punctual. On the roof we installed 20kw solar panels coupled with a 48kw Goodwe stack of six batteries with a ESA battery inverter. Any queries I had was promptly followed up by Troy and the team. Every step of the process has exceeded my expectations. Well done everyone at Reef Solar & Electrical you really did a great job while installing our solar and battery system. I will not hesitate to recommend Reef Solar & Electrical if anyone is looking to install solar or batteries in central QLD (Gladstone).

My solar system needed to be replaced so I decided to go with a local company this time. I was not disappointed as Troy and the team were professional and courteous answering any queries promptly and clearly. The install went without any hiccups and I was provided with a customised manual for the system. It has performed way better than expected with the 30kwh battery lasting throughout the night even with the bedroom AC going. In fact it is usually still around 60 percent by the time it's starts charging again come morning. Very happy with the install and Reef Solar

We recently moved to Moura Qld and have found it very difficult to organize tradies for solar installations. Reef Solar were happy to provide prompt reliable service to this area. Our Goodwe ESA solar battery was installed within weeks from initial consultation. Pricing was reasonable. We are very happy and pleased with the efficiency of service that Reef Solar provided particularly the installation. they gave clear information prior to installation, technician and installer came in on time as scheduled also great communication on the phone provided by their sales support team. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful with any questions or enquiry. Installation no issues. Installer was respectful, friendly, helpful and finished quite quickly. We feel confident knowing we have reliable backup power and a system that will support us for years. Highly recommend Reef Solar ( Boyne Island QLD 4680) to anyone looking to install a solar battery!

Had a great experience with Troy & the lads at Reef Solar & Electrical from start to finish. The team were a pleasure to deal with, super helpful, and always happy to answer questions along the way. They paid close attention to the details and made sure everything was done properly, not just rushed through. On installation day they were on time, worked efficiently, and left the place clean and tidy once they were done. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at solar. 5 stars!

Reef Solar & Electrical have been a God send for us! We've had some left field questions from the quote to the installation, all have been answered simply and respectfully. Troy has been available through text email and visits at all times. It was an absolute pleasure to have the team at our home. They worked tirelessly, happily and kept us in the loop at all times, a credit to Troy and his company. We are very much at ease, and peace with our decision to choose Reef Solar!
