David and his team at Pearson Electrical recently completed our solar and battery system and we honestly could not be happier. From the very first phone call, David was responsive, informative and took the time to explain exactly what we needed and why we needed it. He stood out straight away simply because he was professional, easy to deal with and genuinely cared. We did receive a few other quotes and David’s pricing was very comparable. What really gave us confidence was knowing he installs the same equipment on his customers’ homes as he uses on his own home. That told us we were getting quality products that are built to last. The installation process was smooth and professional and the service since completion has been exceptional. Even after the job was finished, David checked back in to make sure everything was running exactly as it should. It is an incredible feeling being able to use power whenever we want without worrying about the bill. We would not hesitate to recommend David and Pearson Electrical to anyone in Bundaberg looking for solar or battery installation. The level of care, honesty and follow through is something you don’t see very often.

Thank you David for attending our house today. I contacted another Solar/Electrical business in Bundaberg in November 25. They turn up and inform me that our inverter needed replacing and probably our solar panels as well. No testing was done, and instead began to up sell solar and batteries to us providing us a quote for a product we did not want. All we required was our inverter tested and replace if needed and solar panels looked at. They never came back to test and we heard nothing more from them. I then called another solar business in December 25 to have them come test our inverter etc. They wanted our electricity bills instead, to try up sell us more solar panels and batteries. The third business did exactly the same. Never heard any more from either of them. This month, February 26, I gathered the strength to call another Solar/Electrical business. This time it was David at Pearsons. I left a message and he called me back the following day. An appointment was made for him to visit the following week. What a pleasure it was to meet him. David tested our inverter and all that was needed was a DC plug. No new inverter. No new solar panels. David did exactly as requested. No up sell. Just plain old fashioned service. I found David to be an honest and really nice young man. He fixed our issue in minutes not months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pearson Electrical, Solar and Air conditioning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We wanted to upgrade our solar system. Started by getting quotes & opinions. The most helpful was David of Pearson electrical. He arrived when he said he would to discuss with us what we wanted. He was very very helpful, honest & upfront. His quote was comparable to other companies. Answers his phone or returns calls promptly. We chose David for these reasons. His work was impeccable & after service the same. We recommend David of Pearsons Electrical highly.
