Coolmech Air Conditioning Refrigeration & Electrical

Had Coolmech replace my old a/c that had stopped working. The job was was completed two days after I gave the go-ahead eventhough it was their busy period. Fortunately they sent Brendon to do the job (3rd time he’s been here). Brendon is a gun tradesman, fussy about doing the perfect job and a great bloke to boot! I used Coolmech services to supply and install a new ac system to replace an old non working one. From first contact, to the job being finished, I can honestly say that Coolmech were professional, friendly, polite and proficient. The job wasn't a straight forward usual replacement but was a bit more tricky and awkward. This was not a problem for them and they went the extra mile to make me happy with their work. The 2 installers , (Roger & Brendan), were the upmost professionals, and it showed in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Coolmech to anyone needing any AC services. Excellent service right through from our initial contact with office, advice and quote, installation of air conditioning and follow up. Communication was ongoing, always friendly, and informative. The installation team was friendly, very efficient, courteous and respectful of our property. Their work is very tidy and their clean-up exceptional. They provided clear instructions on use of installed equipment and everything is working perfectly.
