I recently had my system installed with Climatecare and I am so impressed by the professional service and friendly technical support I have received throughout the install and sales process! I compared my prices and I wanted a local installer that I could ring and talk to if I needed help or there was a problem. I am impressed with their after sales service, easy finance, scheduling a full maintenance program annually and I even took in my first bill to talk to Kelvin and share the savings with my new solar system! I highly recommend the team, right from the site inspection, sales and admin girls, to the personal support from the owner Kelvin, and even the electricians on site were very keen to show me how it all works! As an electrical contractor, I have over the years, had many business dealings with Climatecare Electrical. The integrity and honesty of the owners has to be experienced first hand. Andrew’s knowledge of solar power is incredible and is just as capable designing a system to suit a domestic household in the suburbs as an off-grid system for a cattle station out west, this also includes solar hot water. The office is well handled by Dee and his partner Sue, who is also well suited to answer any questions you may have about solar. The electrical install team headed by Ethan is efficient, neat and above all meets all the required standards. Whilst I don’t live in Rockhampton any more, I would still travel to work along side their team if asked. As the installer of a system of a reviewer who has previously left a rather obscure poor review, I can confirm that neither exposed cables or terminals ever occurred. I would never damage my own business reputation or licence or that of another to leave an electrical installation in an unsafe situation.
