Customer Services easily get contact and reply quick. The after service was remarkable. I had some concern about the installation in the next day, and it got solved in two hours from I contacted the CS to the technician arrived. Calm and Cool is really reliable and highly recommend.

He found was a leakage of refrigerant and the rest of the system was working properly. At the same time, the indoor unit was not powerful enough so the air was not strong. After fixing the seal and recharge the refrigerant, I could immediately feel the cold air coming from the vent. It makes a big difference in the hot weather. Jack also did clean up after his job, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with his professionalism and politeness.
