I got home this morning at 0730 after a string of 4 12hr night shifts. Fridges out, air con out, everything out. I called Ramzi and over the phone he walked me the troubleshooting and got my power back. He would not take any payment for his time, which I'm sure is very valuable. He just asked me to leave a review. So here it is. Can't speak highly enough of this young man. Thank you very much mate. 10 out of 10.

I contacted Brisbane Power Electricians late in the afternoon on a Friday with an unexpected air-conditioning issue, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. Ramzi took the call and went above and beyond to help. He patiently talked me through a number of possible causes, explaining everything clearly and calmly so I could understand what was happening. He never rushed the conversation and made sure I felt confident at each step. What really stood out was how committed he was to finding a solution over the phone, even though it would have been easier to just book a call-out. Thanks to his guidance, we solved the problem quickly without any stress. His professionalism, respectfulness, and deep technical knowledge were obvious throughout the conversation. It’s rare to come across a company that is this honest, helpful, and capable. Because of this experience, Brisbane Power Electricians will absolutely be our first choice for any future electrical or air-conditioning needs. Highly recommended!
