I called Youssef from Sparkyologist after googling electricians in my local area. I was in a panic because the prong on my hairdryer got stuck in the power point and burnt it out. Youssef was absolutely lovely. He arrived within the hour, was polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly. He turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience! I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great, trusted sparky. All-round top guy.

Excellent service from Youssef from start to finish. The installer was punctual, professional, and completed the job neatly with great attention to detail. Everything was tested thoroughly, and they clearly explained how to use the system. The aircon works perfectly — highly recommended. Perfect job.

I recently hired Youssef and his team to handle the electrical work for replacing my father's air conditioning unit, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the start, Youssef was incredibly professional and respectful. What really stood out was how kindly and patiently he and his team treated my father throughout the process - taking time to explain what they were doing, answering his questions, and making sure he felt comfortable with everything. The work was top-notch. They completed all the electrical connections efficiently, ensured everything was up to code, and thoroughly tested the system before leaving. It's rare to find someone who combines timely service, good technical skills with genuine respect and consideration for their customers. We're extremely grateful and will use Sparkyologist again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend.

Youi and his team did a great job installing a split system in my apartment. He was very responsive from coming out for an inspection, quoting and then doing the work itself. He was also quick to fix a very minor issue. Overall a happy customer and would recommend him for future work!

We had a very positive experience with Sparkyologist. Had a difficult install of a ceiling fan, due to the roof line, and Youssef and Adam were calm and practical, installing the fan with minimum fuss. We had had another company tell us it couldn't be done so I was very relieve to find these professionals. I would thoroughly recommend their work.
