We get a lot of blackouts and wanted to be able to run a generator during power outages. A neighbour recommended Nathan at Snowy Electrical Services. Nathan supplied a prompt quote and arrived on time on install day. He did good work and answered all my questions. He even helped me select a generator and customised the length of the shed-to-house extension leads to minimise power loss. His customer service is fantastic.

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed to have work completed by a level 2 electrician following an Essential Energy defect notice. Nathan came to do an assessment the day I called him. The first quality I noticed was his genuine and polite attitude. Secondly, the clear and concise explanation of the situation and the work that would be required. Throughout the process, Nathan and Danielle were professional and friendly, communicating with me every step of the way. They were here when they said they would be - such a nice change!! Considering the work that was done, I thought the cost was very reasonable. I’m so very thankful to Nathan and Danielle, and will certainly be calling them for whatever electrical services I might need into the future, and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends, and anyone reading this review!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
