I recently used Pica Electrical for work on a strata building and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were efficient, highly responsive, and incredibly professional. The technicians were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was completed properly and to a very high standard. Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions or follow-ups were handled quickly and courteously. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about quality and reliability. I would absolutely recommend Pica Electrical to anyone looking for excellent service and skilled technicians.

Incredibly responsive, reliable and professional. Had my quote and everything I required ready within hours of contact. The team who carried out the work were polite, incredibly helpful and very professional. Payment was so simple and all electronic. Made things so much easier for me! After the job, I received a follow up call to ensure everything was satisfactory and if I had any concerns to note. Customer service was exemplary as was the level of work conducted. Highly recommended.

PICA absolutely deserves five stars. Their service was outstanding from start to finish. The two electricians who came to my home were absolute gentlemen and truly went above and beyond. As a single woman, I had previously trusted other electricians to install fans and complete electrical work, only to later find out that I had been taken advantage of. PICA were honest, professional, and transparent. They clearly explained what needed to be fixed and ensured everything was brought up to the correct standards. I am forever grateful for their integrity, care, and workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend PICA to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality electricians.

We hired Pica Electrical to remove our old solar panels. They were excellent. Communication was always prompt and professional. They turned up on time and got the job done so quickly. They even helped us with a few extra jobs that we’d have otherwise had to get somebody else in for. We’re so grateful for the quality of their work and the care they took. Thank you

We had a range hood and some ceiling lights installed. These guys were professional and reliable the whole way through, even when complications arose. Explained things honestly and fairly at each step and most of all did a great job in the end. Highly recommend.
