We had two electricians come to install a fan and replace two light switches. They were professional, polite, and did a great job. The whole process with Modern Electrical & Security was incredibly easy, we provided the details, they sent through a clear quote, and the job was booked and completed just a few days later. We’ll definitely be using them again.

Absolutely amazing service from Modern Lighting & Electrical. From the very first interaction, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and solution-focused when putting together our quote and planning the work. They converted 28 lights to LED, and the result is amazing — they look completely seamless. The fan installations were done with real care and attention to detail, and it was clear they take great pride in their workmanship. Everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. What really stood out was the professionalism across the entire team. From the friendly and efficient admin staff to the electricians on site, every person we dealt with was honest, caring, and genuinely lovely to work with. They also left our home as tidy as possible, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Modern Lighting & Electrical. Their quality of work, attitude, and overall approach to their business is second to none.

I called Jason from Modern Electrical for a new CCTV system for my mum, Jason explained in detail what we were getting, the specs of the new system and made the installation happen within 24hrs for her as we requested. Awesome service Jason! Nathan and 3 other men turned up on time to install the security system, they were polite, gave clear communication what was happening, they explained all technical aspects of the job and done it perfectly. After install they explained how to use and view the new system on our phone. So happy with mums new security cameras and the service that was provided by Modern Electrical and Security and will definitely use them again in the future. Sandra Oran Park

I had 3 ceiling fans installed. From the moment I requested quotes, this company was extremely professional. Contacted me immediately, went into great detail clarifying exactly what was involved in the job and sent me a written quote within hours. The team who came to do the job were punctual, extremely polite and communicated with me throughout the job, clarifying my wishes when there needed to be a slight change. They completed the job in a timely manner, cleaned up and even took away the old fans and packaging. I highly recommend this company based on my experience.
