Even though he's based on the Northern Beaches, he didn’t hesitate to come all the way to North Rocks to assist us. He helped investigate and locate a potential wire connection in our townhouse so we could install new power points. Jacob was honest, thorough, and incredibly helpful. What stood out the most was his transparent pricing and genuine willingness to assist. Unlike many electricians who tend to cherry-pick the easy jobs and avoid the more complex or messy ones, Jacob tackled our situation head-on with a strong work ethic and no complaints.
