Overall we were very happy with the servicing of our air con. On the first day Clay changed the filter which was clogged with grease but alas it didn't fix the problem. Mike came out the next day and spent a lot of time in the roof, diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Thank you, it's all working like a dream now.
