I dealt with Brenton over the phone and his customer service was amazing, he was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their online booking/quoting was easy to use as well, with brochures attached for different fan options/pricing. The electricians that installed the fans were very polite, arrived on time as well as being efficient and did not leave any mess at all. Would highly reccomend Concept Electrical!
