Brent Hawe Solar and Electrical installed my solar and Battery. The whole team were very professional, and nothing was a hassle. From arrival Brent selected the best location for the Inverter and battery with me and his team set to work. Brent Hawe Solar and Electrical are very knowledgeable and extremely neat with their workmanship.

Found Brent on google, Brent and his team came out within 10 days of having a chat and had all the work I needed completed pretty fast, called me whilst he was there and informed me of some things I didn’t know about my house. Pretty impressed by the job and reliability of him and his team. Well done 👍

As there are many solar products and installers out there, it’s more than the product that sets businesses apart and Brent Hawe Solar & Electrical has shown that. It is because of their service that I would happily recommend them and use them again. Brent had no problem coming out to take a look at the property to be able to provide a quote. He was upfront about costs and to point out 'add ons'/options and their costs as well. He explained everything from the electricity meter to the panels,; how they would sit and the different brands that he uses as well as their differences and how they would work. At no stage did the quote feel rushed nor did I feel pressured to commit. The quotes themselves came through quickly. They were easy to read, easy to compare, clear and most importantly showed all the relevant information and costs. A professional job was completed in the time that was specified. Not only were the products of good quality but the installation itself was very tidy, unobtrusive, thoughtful and executed well. Once the installation was completed, Brent made sure that the solar app was up and running and took the time to ensure that we knew how to use it. In addition to this, Brent and his team cleaned every area that they worked in – such a rarity. For the first time; I have not had to clean up after tradespeople. As for the communication, Brent was quick to answer any question that I had. He was prompt to make changes and to advise on what was my best option (not what was worth more to himself). As the installation was being done, changes had to be made, and Brent ensured that he discussed it before doing anything. Even after the installation, Brent was still in touch with us to ensure that everything was up and running properly. Whether via email or phone, Brent’s communication was excellent. I would happily recommend Brent Hawe Solar & Electrical, not only because of the product but more importantly because of the service that Brent and his team bring and his understanding on how to run a business properly.
