QUALITY WORK AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE I highly recommend Tim. I contacted a few businesses in Canberra to obtain quotes. Tim messaged me back within the day with a very competitive price. He installed these three fans, which look great. Tim also installed a cable run and a power point for a wall-mounted TV in the guest bedroom. He was on time, completed the work, cleaned up after himself and even made some recommendations for replacing some cheap electronics that could be troublesome in the near future. Top bloke.

I highly recommend Tim, I asked him for a price to replace a light switch and install a power point which he sent through. We then arranged a time for him to do the work, he turned up on time and did a great job. No messing around. I called and emailed 3 other electricians before I came across Tim and none of them got back to me. Next time I need an electrician I know who to call.

Tim from True Connection Electrical was fantastic! He was quick to respond to my enquiry and provided me with a quote promptly. Within 5 days of initial contact Tim had installed 2 ceiling fans with lights and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Tim was friendly and knowledgeable and I would absolutely hire him again next time I need an electrical job done!

Tim was a pleasure to deal with! Easy communication, quoted the cost of a replacement exhaust fan in less than 24hrs of my original enquiry and, offered to come out that afternoon. It took less than 30mins for Tim to install my new exhaust fan and, he also offered to check and replace my wired in smoke alarm which had expired. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim to my family and friends and would happily have him back for any future electrical work.

Tim is: Quick to respond to enquiries; Punctual, turned up exactly when he said he would; Extremely professional, completing the job quickly, efficiently and to a high standard. Tim also noticed an issue with our circuit breaker switch board and rectified on the spot. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim for any electrical works and have already lined up a family member to use his services in the near future.
