Comfort Shutters were approached to place fire shutters on our house in a bushfire prone area in the Blue Mountains 18 months ago. Their service, initially with preparations and quotes could not be faulted. The subsequent quality of their work was of a high standard and their support throughout the whole process was excellent. The company who installed our external roller shutters 3 years ago had gone out of business. Two of the shutters developed faulty motors. The result......the motors were replaced under warranty. This is service beyond anything i have experienced in my 82 years. The "tradies" were very polite , friendly and punctual.
