Karl was on time, professional and took pride in his work. I had several questions prior to engaging his services and he answered all my questions patiently and politely with detailed explanation. I had 5 bedrooms carpet cleaned, a 2.5 seater sofa and 2 rugs cleaned by Karl. He took the time doing the job without rushing. He uses an equipment from America which sets him apart from some others carpet cleaning traders. Would highly recommend Waves Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking to get carpets cleaned . Thank you Karl
