Amazing!! I have two dogs and we had so much dog hair accumulated on our couch that I couldn’t clean it myself. Wonderful communication, price and very thorough :)

Deep was wonderful to deal with. Prompt responses. Fast service. He was able to give me advice and was reasonably priced. He was thorough. He arrived to the service only 2 hours after the request. We had a litter of puppies destroy our carpets and my mum decided to invite the whole family to my house last minute. And deep has made me feel confident about having people over again. He met all my expectations.

Booked for a carpet steam clean after plans with another company fell through due to them price gouging at arrival. Even though it was very short notice on a sunday evening, Useus Cleaning Services arrived at my apartment within 2 hours and were finished shortly after. The whole experience was quick, efficient and hassle free - refreshing after dealing with dodgy companies all weekend. Good pricing as well, which he was upfront about and broke down for me when asked. Very pleasant to work with :)

This is the second time I’ve used Deep and Useus Cleaning Services, and I am even more pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail and high standard that they provided to each job. The first time was for steam cleaning of carpets and the second was for the whole house to be cleaned. They were friendly and really wanted me to be entirely happy with their service - which I absolutely was. I would recommend them highly for their expertise and commitment to please their clients.
