Deep was wonderful to deal with. Prompt responses. Fast service. He was able to give me advice and was reasonably priced. He was thorough. He arrived to the service only 2 hours after the request. We had a litter of puppies destroy our carpets and my mum decided to invite the whole family to my house last minute. And deep has made me feel confident about having people over again. He met all my expectations.

Booked for a carpet steam clean after plans with another company fell through due to them price gouging at arrival. Even though it was very short notice on a sunday evening, Useus Cleaning Services arrived at my apartment within 2 hours and were finished shortly after. The whole experience was quick, efficient and hassle free - refreshing after dealing with dodgy companies all weekend. Good pricing as well, which he was upfront about and broke down for me when asked. Very pleasant to work with :)
