We have engaged Jim's Carpet Cleaning Mill Park three times since 2021 and each time Jamie has been responsive, provided quality services and always on time. Booking: Great to deal with - prompt response and updates. Response: Phone / email responses always same day. On the day: Jamie has always arrived on time, is polite and approachable. He is genuine in his assessment of carpets and also with his recommendation about which treatment he felt would work best. Outcome: Carpets clean and stain free each time, and Jamie provided clear instructions on drying and returning furniture to the area. Jamie was very thorough, efficient and polite. He was running late and let me know that and when to expect him. Job done very well and I am happy with the result. Jamie pointed out the small issues with my curtains post cleaning so I knew what he had done and how he best treated the small issues which I wasn't even aware of. Vey happy with the job done and the service provided.
