Very happy! Silver Star has really gone about and beyond cleaning the heating unit and vents in our house. The previous owner had never cleaned the vents nor the unit (in 40 years!) so it's was in huge need. James attended our house on time and has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure that I am happy. Super thorough and hard working. Highly recommend the company and James.

Silver Star tech came this morning and cleaned all bedroom carpets and my two lounge suits. Arrived 5 mins before appointment time, inspected the job and got straight into it. There were several mini ‘crop circle’ stains in one bedroom; these were spotted and all were lifted. Excellent work, cream carpets look fresh and clean, as do the two lounge suites. I cannot recommend Silver Star highly enough, I’m a regular return customer. Pricing is very competitive and the technician is lovely, polite and a happy man.

Susie and the team do a fantastic job. They're very professional on the phone, easy to deal with and punctual. I was very impressed with the high level of cleaning and how thorough they were - discovering a vent that was not attached properly and leaking warm air into my roof cavity. I was also surprised how dirty my evaporative cooling filter was on my roof before being completely cleaned. I've used Silver Star cleaning 3 times now to clean both my evaporative cooling and ducted heating, and can happily recommend them.
