Hands down the only company you'll ever need for carpet repairs. Like many others here, if I could give 10 stars I would. I emailed Joe on a whim as I was having trouble finding a reputable carpet repair company and was strapped for time. Within 30 minutes I had a reply and a very, very reasonable estimate. I gave him a call and we arranged for him to come by two days later to carry out the repairs. Joe and his team turned up on time and got stuck straight in. They were extremely professional and some of the most friendly, down to earth people I've ever come across. Price is always a factor, but in my opinion, attitude, punctuality, and professionalism are just as (if not more so) important. These guys are top-notch. I can certainly see why they get so much business. Do yourself a favour and contact Joe for your carpet needs. I was in a bind and these guys made it such a stress-free experience. Joe at CBD Carpet Repairs did an excellent job replacing a section of carpet that had been accidentally damaged by spilt bleach. The repair was done quickly and for good value and the carpet looks good as new. Great service.
