Pristine Carpet Care

Bruce and Foti (and lucky future clients!) This is a big thank you. I want to be writing an amazing review for Pristine. People need to know how great you are. Foti, thank you. Bruce works so well. He’s extraordinary. I was about to write to Bruce to thank him but thought it’s better to write to you both as it’s best the boss knows how happy the client is with the staff :) and I’m posting this as your other potential clients can benefit too. Pristine has done great jobs for me many times before but because the last 12 hours approx of cleaning have been done in my home, this was the first time that I was there to see just how well Bruce works. He did all jobs requested, and as well, on the way and as he exited, of his own volition, he did a few more small things .. how very diligent and thoughtful of him… … plus he checked and further spot cleaned what he had already cleaned here the other day - in his first four hours here - very professional of him. He takes pride in his work and he has every reason to feel proud. He’s exceptional. On top of everything else, Bruce, as you worked hard and at speed, you gave me very good tips on how to address various other issues you could spot. You have a very broad knowledge about homes maintenance and are generous about imparting it, all the while working hard. I’ll repeat this in other words because you deserve the accolades. You chat amiably giving good advice, but you do not stop the actual work, and you worked hard all day long, for 8 hours, despite invites to rest and have a drink and a snack. You’re gracious in accepting a bit of hospitality but you give it moments only. It’s very respectful of you. As if that was not already enough, the energy with which you worked and talked, inspired me to keep a cracking pace myself 😂 as I tidied at one end or other of the house all day too! A lot got achieved :) You should see the photos for before and after. I tried posting and couldn’t. I might try again shortly. Such a satisfying improvement. In 8 hours Bruce cleaned 18 of these leather segments of couch plus 3 foam mattresses and a bed head, none of which had been cleaned in 15-20 years! 🌟You’re truly amazing Bruce🌟 🌟Thank you Foti and Bruce🌟

Bruce from Pristine Property Cleaning was not only polite and friendly but had a wealth of experience and knowledge. The carpets came up beautifully and he even managed to vastly improve a stubborn stain that had been there for at least 3years, hiding under a rug!(rug now gone, yah). I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Bruce, you did an outstanding job.

Bruce brought some good old fashioned customer service and rug care advice during our rug cleaning. Did a great and thorough job and we are very happy with the final outcome. Was great talking to you Bruce. I recommend this service.

Amazing service and exceptional cleaning professionals. Foti and his team knew exactly how to clean stains out of our carpets and provided a deep clean that dried very quickly. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you

I had a bit of a domestic disaster when my cat decided to take a stroll across my acrylic paint palette and then parade across the couch, leaving festive red and green paw prints like a chaotic holiday card. In a panic, I tried to clean it myself, but only managed to spread the mess and make the stain worse. Enter Bruce from Pristine Service Group—calm, professional, and refreshingly honest. He didn’t make any grand promises, which I appreciated, but what he delivered was nothing short of magic. Bruce managed to remove about 99% of the paint stains, and now my couch looks almost brand new. The best part? The service was incredibly affordable, especially considering the quality of work and the stellar customer care. Bruce was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew his stuff. If you’re dealing with a mess that feels hopeless, I can’t recommend Pristine Service Group—and Bruce in particular—highly enough.

Having a brother who ran a similar company in another state, our standards and expectations were high. Bruce from Pristine Carpet Care did an amazing job cleaning the carpet & upholstery in my son's apartment. He was prompt, extremely skilled and very informative about after care. We will definitely use this company again. Pristine by name & nature!
