Nine Lives Cleaning

Blown away by how spotless my apartment was left for an end of lease cleaning. I have no doubt the bond will be returned (update, it was 👌) and I’m sure the agent will be impressed with how schmick the place is. They might even ask me who on earth cleaned this place because it looks brand new and they need the hookup. They were able to complete a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with balcony and no carpet in 2.5 hours with 3 cleaners. I did get some add ons since their inclusions and add ons menu is very clear on their website. Truly stoked with what they did, and I hope I get to use them again for regular cleans at our new home. They clearly have a 5 star rating for a reason, if you book Nine Lives you won’t regret it!

I would give it more stars. I did an end of lease cleaning with them. Will and the team were trustworthy, clear in information and responsive in communication. They completed the job so peacefully and thoroughly without me having to watch or worry. They committed to the price they offered without problems. I'm one who has suffered with other companies and rarely give reviews. I highly recommend Nine lives and wish them the best customers.

Will and the team did an excellent job cleaning my living room rug and 5-seater couch this week in Altona North. The carpet was fluffy, spotless and lightly fragrant (tomato sauce, coffee and read wine were amongst the things we've thrown over it in the last 3 years). The couch was restored to its original charcoal colour - it must have been absolutely covered in dust! The team was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond, vacuuming and mopping around the carpet and couch, so the floor came up sparkling clean too. Great to see good people doing well in business... Highly recommend!

I got in touch with Nine Lives regarding a quote for an oven/rangehood clean and was really impressed with how efficiently they got back to me with a price and scheduled day/time. I was grateful for their flexibility when needing to reschedule at last minute. The cleaning team were punctual with their arrival and completed the job in the time I was told it would take.
