iWash Rugs

I saw I Wash Rugs online and decided it was time to get my large antique distressed, shaved wool & silk rug cleaned. Goodness knows how old it is, or if it has ever been cleaned, but it's at least 100 years old - and it was time! It's an "industrial fashion piece" (shabby chic is not everyone's taste I know!) and I love it. ...but it was starting to look a bit shabby and grubby round the edges. I was very happy with the IWR service - Josh was so helpful and it was obvious he cared. The pick up and delivery service made it super easy too. We got it back yesterday and our rug feels and looks so clean! Five stars. Thank you.

Easy pick up and drop back instructions. My rug the looks like new, all the spot cleaning I've done over 5 years have completely disappeared and the rug is consistently the same appearance again. It is a woven rug with 2 loose threads, they took care not to make it worse and rethreaded 1 of these where possible. Considering the price I bought my rug for and I had never washed it professionally in 5 years, I can get another 5 years out of it. I feel the price of cleaning it is worth it. Price divided by 5 years 😀

Incredible quality and service. Living in regional Vic with 2 dogs constantly in and out had taken its toll on my off white rug and after 2 years of traffic I was contemplating replacing it with a new one. These guys picked it up, helped move my furniture and had it back two weeks later, bang on time literally looking like new! I also opted for the protection treatment which should make it much easier to keep clean. Fantastic service from start to finish. Highly recommended

Our rug has not had a proper clean and was almost a different colour with years of dust, pets and constant wear. I had almost forgotten the original colour. I Wash Rugs picked up, cleaned and delivered and it's like new - beautiful. Communication, pricing and staff were excellent and would highly recommend.

Absolutely so easy and our rug came up like new and it was white! My husband had spilled red wine on it, I had covered it in salt which soaked up most of it , but, a stain still existed, gone now. Everyone i spoke to was very friendly and explained everything. Will be back again definitely. Thankyou very much from a happy customer 😀
