I couldn’t be happier with the service from Stately Carpet Care! From the first contact to the finished result, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The technicians were friendly, on time, and took great care with every room. My carpets look and smell amazing! honestly better than I expected and even the tougher stains (it's older carpet) are basically gone. It’s very clear they take pride in their work!! Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free (exactly what you want when moving house). I highly recommend to anyone wanting top quality results and great service. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I have no words. I called Bev today and asked if I could get a carpet clean and pest control as soon as possible. I had people previously booked in who were meant to do a bond clean, carpet clean and pest control and they scammed me and I needed to get the keys back to the real estate by 5pm. Bev was absolutely wonderful, she offered me a free of charge carpet clean and pest control after everything I had gone through. Daniel arrived later that afternoon to do the carpets and pest control and I nearly cried on the spot opening that front door and couldn't believe it was real. That there is genuine people out there who are so kind to do this. I thank you Bev and Daniel from the bottom of my heart for all you have done, and thank you for being such great people. Daniel done a wonderful job. They went far and beyond for me and I am so thankful for them. 100% recommended!!!

We received a great service - very quick to respond and deliver the service. Great results too - our lounge came up perfectly.
