Denis did an amazing job at our house today. He cleaned the lounge, a mattress and also a rug. Everything looks brand new and smells fantastic! Highly recommend Denis.

Denis was a true professional, nice guy and it was a great experience. He arrived on time, got to work straight away and gave me a some tips for the best cleaning products to use for aftercare of the carpet. The job was done quickly, many stains removed and the difference speaks for itself (see photo). Highly recommended and would definitely use his services again. Cheers, Michael.

I had a great experience with Jim’s Carpet Cleaning Ormeau. The carpets came out visibly cleaner and fresher, which is exactly what I hoped for. As someone who’s quite particular about details, I was genuinely impressed with how thorough the job was across most areas. What stood out to me even more was the follow-up and customer care. The offer of $20 off for the next service shows they value repeat clients and are confident in the service they deliver. If you’re after reliable, professional carpet cleaning with friendly service and honest pricing, I’d definitely recommend Jim’s Carpet Cleaning Ormeau. I’ll be booking again 😊

Really pleased with the service, they came to clean my carpets promptly as I was disappointed with a service I got that morning from another carpet cleaning company that did a terrible job and you could still see the stains on my carpet so I knew calling Jim's Carpet Cleaning that I would get good results as their reputation precedes them. They came that same day as I had everything re-arranged furniture wise, cuz of the previous terrible job so they came straight out, which I appreciated and Dennis did a wonderful job with the carpets, they looked great and I was a happy customer. Will def get again. You know what you're getting with Jim's Cleaning and can have peace of mind knowing they'll get the job done!!
