  The whole process with T&W was extremely positive! Booking was easy and quick, using their website form and then a follow up text message platform to nail down the dates. Prior to their arrival, I was sent a text with an ETA and a tracking link so I could monitor the arrival of the technician. Jihad + 1 arrived and he was extremely polite and professional and friendly. They cleaned my couch quickly and most importantly, made it look like new! I would 100% recommend them from start to finish, every touch point was just right.

  Absolutely five-star service from start to finish! Jihad and Sam were brilliant — professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They treated my expensive sofa with absolute care and respect, and the fibre protection they applied gives me total peace of mind. Customer service was second to none — prompt, clear communication, arrived on time, and left everything spotless. You can tell they take pride in their work, and it shows. Thanks again, lads.   Tuft and Weave recently came out and cleaned my cream leather lounges (2 x 2 seaters). They also restored one rather stained and damaged by cats. The 2 gentlemen who came out were very timely, professional, polite, and very easy to get on with. Jihad and Rob did a great job, and the lounges look brand new - no stains, no scratches. I would recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company and great workmanship - thanks guys.
