These guys are AMAZING!! They have helped us out at the last minute and came to the rescue as our rental was due for hand over in a couple of days. I strongly recommend anyone needing their carpets cleaned to go with this incredibly well knowledged, happy and helpful team. They are extremely well priced and actually show up when they say! Once again, my partner and I are extremely happy with the guys, results and price.

I booked carpet cleaning with Impact and had to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice, understanding and when I insisted on paying for the inconvenience, he would't let me. I haven't had my carpets cleaned but I'm already impressed with the professionalism. I will be using them in the future.

Quick to respond to jobs. Straightforward and honest with work. They even came back to fix up a tough stain free of charge. The two blokes really cared about the end result and work earnestly to ensure no stain or dirt was left on the carpet. Couldn't recomend more highly.
