  We recently used MK JIM Cleaning Service for our end of lease clean and we’re extremely happy with the results. The before and after difference was amazing. The shower glass, laundry area (which had mould spots), sinks and bathroom were all restored beautifully. Areas that looked worn and dusty are now spotless and inspection-ready. They were very thorough and clearly paid attention to detail, not just a surface clean but a proper deep clean. Professional, reliable and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process.   Megan and her team are very professional and efficient. Highly recommend for all kinds of professional cleaning needs. ------- We have just rented an apartment and the previous tenants left the property with minor clean only. The property manager said this kind of cleanness (see photo attached) well fits their end-of-lease standards. The AC filter and exhaust fan were full of dust (never been cleaned), items found in the bathroom left from the previous tenants, dead bugs on the floor, uncleaned dishwasher, uncleaned wardrobe, cleaning detergent residuals left on the bench tops, and etc. Megan and her team spent the entire day helping up cleaning up this property. When the dirty water comes out from the carpet clean, we all shocked. And now, the property is finally safe for us to move in. If there is a 10-star option, we will definitely rate her with highest we can go.

  I highly recommend MK's services, they have been doing monthly cleans for me for two years and have always been professional, courteous and proactive in addressing items I may just miss. Their prices are reasonable and negotiable through discussion. Their exit rental clean was exceptional.
