Highly recommend Dylan as a tradesman of integrity and professionalism. He was the 3rd tradesman to investigate the leak in our chimney and flue, but the only one to identify and repair it. His attention to detail regarding fire safety and the correct installation and sealing of joints is a huge relief. The job was complicated by being on the highest point of our 2 storey house with an extra long flue., which he replaced. Very grateful for his thoroughness in repairing the other 3 chimneys too. Very grateful.

Dylan came out to give a quotation on our roof prior to the insurance people coming out to do the repairs after a storm. It has been a pleasure working with Dylan. He is a serious, but friendly and responsible - person whom we could trust to do a great job. He just gives one that feeling. A good test of a tradesperson is when one needs some follow-up work. Dylan answered our query even though it was late at night, and he came out to ensure that everything is running well. We are so happy that we now have a very reliable roof person looking after our roof. So glad that we have asked him to come every 6 months to do the gutters etc as our next door neighbour has a huge tree. That's how much we trust Dylan, and we know that we don't even have to remember to call him, but that he would follow-up with us and arrive as promptly as promised. Dylan and his team carried out some repair work for us, including plasterboard and cornice replacement, wall patching and repairs, and skirting board installation. The quality of the work was excellent, and we have no hesitation in recommending him. We’ll definitely be getting him back for future projects!
