J&R Window Repairs

Jack is a beautiful young man with dedicated skills. He is confident, efficient and does his work flawless. He repaired 3 timber windows for me last week to perfection. We absolutely love his work. He was a bright, lovely, polite and confident young man with a sense of humour. My windows were well handled by his dedicated hands. He was in and out doing his work and did not mess up anything. It was a windy day so he always put the fly screen back on when repairing the windows, trying to stop the insects and dust as much as he could. He also placed the child safety cover back to the power board after using it. He took care of his client’s place when doing his work. There is no doubt that Jack is very trustworthy for any timber window work. We are just so lucky to find Jack ! Go Jack go !

I highly recommend Jack for any window repair either big or small. He is reliable, honest, communicates well and does a fantastic job. He started and finished on schedule on an internal atrium that had severe rot. He left the area tidy, new timber primed, ready for me to do a final coat of paint. Don't bother getting anyone else, good tradies are hard to find and Jack is exceptional. Couldn't be happier.

He eradicated the rot in our window frame, rebuilt it with hardwood, and left us with a pristine, good as new frame, primed, and ready for painting, all debris removed. He is an absolute perfectionist, very polite, keeps you updated, and will answer all your queries. I will have no hesitation in recommending him to family, and friends. He is a keeper.
